Hi Sayb, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. At Endoca, you will only find pure hemp extracts. We do not add any flavors to help with the taste. Many actually find the that our hemp extracts have an acquired taste and it is something you may get used to overtime. If you would like, you may try mixing the CBD with another food-grade essential oil or honey. This is a common remedy to help with the taste. We also offer Hemp Oil Capsules that will avoid the taste completely. Feel free to reach out to our customer care team to discuss other product options. Hi Hugh, I’m glad to hear that you have enjoyed using our product. I understand that for some people the cost may be a little high but I thought we must explain. At Endoca we do NOT believe in providing you with larger bottles, full of carrier oil and the same percentage of CBD. Our products are concentrates, meaning in one dropper full of other companies’ oils you might get the same amount as one drop of oil from Endoca. This means you’re getting the same if not better benefits, using less product. We also have incredibly high standards of manufacturing and processing (we hold a GMP certification, only use organic, with 3rd-party lab tests and much more). We always advise our community that the crystals are for experienced users, as many of our community use the crystals to dab, however you can also use them in food preparation and in drinks and smoothies. Hi Marc, I’m sorry to hear that your order has not been delivered yet. We always advise 3-5 weeks for anyone ordering from countries outside the EU or the US. You should have recieved a tracking receipt for your order in the order email you received after your purchase, so don’t forget that you can fiind where your order is via this stream as well.
