Most of our customers who order our oils for the same reasons such as yourself usually order our 15% however from our system we can see you ordered the 3% perhaps you should try going up in % ? Dear Bac, thank you for your review. We are sorry that our CBD products didn't leave with any sort of experience. You ordered our 3% oil, generally it's used to strengthen the bodies immune system, it won't produce any strong, observable effects. We are sorry you didn’t get the results you had hoped for with our Cannabis Crystals, each person is different. This product is not intended to treat pain, it is for people who want a very high pure dose of CBD. Please send an email to our customer support, [email protected] and they will give you a refund and guide you to the right Endoca product. We would recommend starting with our Raw CBD/CBDa Drops. We do two different strengths, 3% and 15% we normally recommend the 3% drops to those who are new to CBD and 15% for those more experienced. Use the UpTitration method which means gradually increasing your daily dose until you find what works best for you. If you are trying CBD for the first time we recommend that you might want to try one of our other products like CBD Oil drops and gradually increase your daily dosage over several weeks. This method is called Up Titration. It helps you find the sweet spot which varies from person to person. Dear Jana, Thanks for your feedback, we understand how frustrating this issue can be if you are treating yourself for a particular condition. We give information and dosing guidelines on our website website and each product has instructions on the package. We cannot give out detailed dosing advice since this is very personalised, each person responds differently to CBD and there are a multitude of factors to take into consideration It is always advisable to start with a very small dose and gradually work upwards until you find what suits you the best. Your genetics, blood type, family history and psychological profile all play a major role in how your body responds. Take things slowly and pay close attention to how you feel physically, emotionally and mentally as you adjust your dosage. Endoca CBD extracts contain natural plant based phytocannabinoids, they are perfectly safe to use as a health supplement and there are very few adverse side effects even if you accidentally take too much. Unfortunately at Endoca we can’t give out medical advice since we are not doctors. There are many limitations on what we can and can not say about our product.
