Our CBD extracts are nothing but pure hemp, as we do not believe in messing with nature. Its for this reason our extracts can have a strong, earthy taste. Some people love it, some not so much, however most people agree that the benefits far outweigh the strong flavour.
However we do understand that there are people out there who can't handle the taste, which is exactly why we created our other products that are flavourless but still rich in CBD.
Options exist such as pure CBD crystals, our suppositories (most effective way to absorb CBD) and our CBD capsules. In the future, we encourage everyone who is more sensitive to the taste of hemp to try these other products instead :)

If you live in Turkey, it is very likely that you will not be receiving Endoca products.
It is really upsetting to write this review. I have used endoca products, they helped me immensely and immediately. I suffer from ME and IBD. My IBD was almost cured. Wonderful product.
This was in the UK. Then I move to Turkey to spend the summer. I asked Endoca could they ship the product there? The answer was "yes". So I ordered some 300 Euro worth of products. It arrived in the airport in a city that is very far from where I am and the product is held in the customs. The shipping company that Endoca uses is Ups (unfortunately). They now demand huge fees for the custom's and dr's prescription and not guarantee the custom's clearance.
I am sick, spent 300 Euro and not able to receive the my cure. I knew there were risks involved, when I realized the shipping address had missing the name of the town I contacted Endoca. Then they only warned me about a prescription might be needed for the customs. But Ups still does not guarantee the customs clearance with a prescription. I found them very untrustworthy, they were very unhelpful and plain rude from the very beginning of the process. They wrote me that they would bill Endoca for all the expenses. Though I don't really trust them.
In short, if you live in Turkey, it is very likely that you will not be receiving your ordered product.
I'm very fond of Endoca products, but I totally despise Ups. Just for this reason, I will not be purchasing this great product again, not from the UK either. Ups delivered to the wrong address twice in UK too. Enough is enough...

I am very impressed with Endoca giving me a full refund. I was not expecting this, this shows how much they care about their customers.
Thank you for the great service, and a great product. Unfortunately I can't have it here for some silly law.
I repeat, Endoca products cured my IBD. No side effects, it worked wonders in short time span. They also helped with ME, improved my energy levels in the mornings definitely better start to a day. I run out of my maintenance dose and I got pain and inflammation again.
I highly recommend the product. Many countries allow it but unfortunately not all.

First off, on behalf of Endoca i apologise for this situation, we can imagine how frustrating it would be to need products that you felt were helping you so much, only to encounter this. Its for this reason as soon as we heard that this occurred, we made a full refund to your account for all the products that never reached you.
That being said, we inform all our clients ordering to Turkey that they require a prescription, however we also tell you that if you are willing to take responsibility for any issues that may occur, we are also happy to send it to you without prescription.
We understand that UPS, like any company, can sometimes have less than fantastic service, but as we tell people, UPS is actually the best company for international shipping and sadly enough, shipping with UPS actually provides the least amount of issues like this in comparison to other companies we have used in the past.
Its a shame that despite your fantastic experience with our products in the past, your experience and therefore your Trust Pilot review of our CBD extracts has been ruined by the actions of UPS.

No positive effects
No positive effects. Was told the CBD paste helps with arthritis and I took it 3 times a day for 2 weeks with no change. Very expensive, awful tasting.

Everybody reacts differently from CBD, and what works for one person may not work for another. Some people say the oil doesn't work very well for them, however once they switch to suppositories they finally find relief, or find they prefer the paste over the oil, ect
Everybody is different :)

Our hemp oils are made from 100% pure hemp, with no additives or flavourings, and retain all the natural flavonoids and terpenoid profiles present in the natural plant. This can result in a strong hemp-y taste that some people are more sensitive than others. Its for this exact reason we have put a lot of time and care into producing other CBD products, such as our capsules, CBD crystals, suppositories or skin care line as we don't believe in adding anything artificial to our products. We believe nature is perfect just as she is, however we encourage you to try our other CBD products that don't result in you having a negative experience purely due to the taste
