Hi, Paul! We are sorry to hear that you are not feeling the effects that you are looking for. Everybody does respond a bit differently to CBD, some need low doses others need high doses. It looks like you are using our least concentrated product, maybe you should try something a bit stronger, like our 1500mg (15%) RAW Hemp Oil Drops. This is one of our most popular products and many report great success. With this, just one drop will give you about 5mg CBD+CBDa. We hope this information is helpful. Hi, Franciane! I am so sorry that you are not enjoying your Hemp Oil Drops. All of our products are 100% organic and natural, and we do not add any flavorings. With that, it is to be expected that they will have a very strong and natural hemp-like taste. Also, everybody responds differently to CBD. Many customers find that CBD in LOWER doses may make you feel more energy. In LARGER doses, many will feel more relaxed. With the product you recently ordered, one drop contains just 1mg CBD- which is a very low amount of CBD. You may want to try slowly increasing your dose to see what works best for you and provide you with the calmness you are looking for. Hey Henk, Unfortunately packages can take a while to get to Australia, especially since the TGA crack down on imported hemp extract products. We apologise for the inconvenience this may have caused you, if it was up to us, we would love to see a next day shipping option, available worldwide! However unfortunately customs and government officials have other ideas. We hope that once you do receive your package, you can update your review on the potential increased quality of life you may experience, or on the product quality itself, rather than the unfortunate situation surrounding importation issues into Australia. Hey Eskild, Our products do not contain more than 0.2% of THC, as you can verify with our 3rd party lab reports. Simply cross reference the batch number on your product with the reports we have made publicly available online, and you can see the lab analysis information that is verified by an independent 3rd party lab.This amount of THC does not cause psychoactive effects. We looked through our system and it seems that if you placed an order with us, you have done it under a different name, and we were unable to find your account and therefore email address. Hey Katrina, From our records we can see you purchased our crystals, depending on for what reason you decided to try CBD and how you chose to consume the crystals, it could be that this just simply isn't the right product for you. Have you thought of using one of our whole plant extracts? Sometimes it can take people trying and testing a few different products to find something that works for them, so we apologise if you didn't receive the effects you were hoping for, however don't give up on your CBD journey!
