Hi Katie, Based on tracking information, this order shows that it was shipped and delivered. We also emailed you the tracking information when the order was shipped, as we do with all our orders. I bought the Hemp Whipped Body Butter/CBD 1500mg. I bought another CBD salve from different company that is 400mg. I figured that 1500mg would be amazing & would work much better than 400mg. Well...it DIDN'T!! The 400mg that I have is vastly superior to the whipped body butter. I am SO DISAPPOINTED!!! I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund & was promptly told NO. However, they did give me 20% off of my next purchase!!! What a joke....why would I buy something else if I was not satisfied with my original purchase?! I will NOT buy ANYTHING from this company again.

Hi Ivy, We are sorry to hear that the Hemp Whipped Body Butter did not work well for you compared to other brands you have tried. The Body Butter is our least concentrated topical with 1500mg CBD per 100ml. Is it possible that the other brands you have tried were more concentrated? Our most concentrated topical is our Hemp Salve with 750mg CBD per 30ml, this product might be a better option for you. Please note that it is mentioned in our terms and conditions that in order to return a product it must be unopened. I have to say I am not impressed. I have 2 rescued Siberian Huskies, and the female has a LOT of anxiety. I started her on cbd oil in June ( another brand) and was seeing remarkable results. Even the vet was impressed! Then, doing my research, I came across your company and the 5mg per drop( 1500). Thinking this was stronger at 1 drop being 5 mg I ordered a bottle. Not getting the results we had, she has regressed to a pacing bundle of nerves. So I'm going to have to go back to the other. Oh, and the chat help? Kept saying that over time I would have to increase the dose. Over and over.And no other advice. No, at 5mg this was what she had for the previous 3 weeks. And actually did try 2 drops with no noticeable result. I would not recommend. Can't find anything concerning returns.

I had a rotator cuff surgery a month ago and the product did not work at all with me. My pain was only managed when taking conventional medication.
