Hi Chad, It's great to hear that you have had such pervasive effects from the use of your 15% CBD oil. If you find that it is slightly too strong for you, then perhaps it is best to go back down to the 3% and stay on this until/if your dosing needs change. If you still have your 15% left, I would suggest diluting it with high grade organic extra virgin olive oil. If you put 10ml of olive oil with your 10 ml of 15% it would mean that you are left with approximately 2.5mg of CBD per drop. This means you don't need to use more oil for the same mg amount as 1 or 2 drops can provide with our products. Think of it this way - when you buy a coffee like a latte or a cappuccino, you're still getting the same amount of caffeine as you'd get in an espresso - It's just that there is more that dilutes the active ingredients in the product. So by ordering a latte, you're getting the same as you'd get in an espresso, you'd just have to drink more of it for the same caffeine effect!
