The hemp oil medium with 3% CBD has eased my anxiety at night & made it easier to sleep, though I still don’t sleep well every night, I am at least now sleeping better.

I’ve been taking this a month or so and I believe it’s helped me. I have chronic back pain and this definitely has help me enough to get off the Aleve Advil etc. I’m still not comfortable with knowing how much to take in your advice of finding the “sweet spot” frankly is not any help at all! I’ve reviewed some other CBD companies that are highly rated and some have measurement on the eyedropper and suggest how much to take. I also hate the taste of Endoca but I can bear that. I do think it’s help me sleep and has relax me somewhat. So on valance I like your product but I need better direction on how much to take and may try another company that can provide me more specific guidance. The gum is so sticky I’ve quit using it it gets all over you when you try to spit it out or take it out of your mouth.

Hi William, I'm sorry to hear that you've not found your the dose you need just yet, however it sounds as if you've found it to work for you enough to take the edge off at this stage. Due to restrictions placed on CBD suppliers, we are unable to give dosing advice to customers but can only suggest ways in which to find your dose for yourself. I purchased the raw hemp oil and the whipped body butter to help with sleep and my restless leg syndrome. The body butter has been amazing at helping me relieve my RLS. I used to take $$ supplements all day long prior to using the body butter. However, I am still trying to figure out my dose of hemp oil. I have followed the titrating dose of increasing my drops by 1 each week. I up to 5 drops 3x/day but haven't really noted much difference in my sleep. I've also had some nights where it felt like the body butter wasn't working making me feel as though this was just short lived???? Not sure how to proceed?

Hi Ann Lara, Very glad to hear that you have had such great experiences with your body butter. When it comes to our extracts, many of our customers have found that the raw version is best suited for pain, inflammation, focus and anxiety related issues, whereas our heated version is best suited for calming, relaxation and sleep related issues. 5 drops of the 3% raw product amounts to approximately 5mg of CBD, which may be slightly too little for you. Personally, I take around 25mg for sleep and anxiety, so you can see there is a big difference in doses here.
