You were back logged for CBL oils so you sent me another type of oil. It is so thick I cannot get it out without getting it all over the bottle. However the delivery was very prompt.

I was not sure how frequently I was supposed to take the pills so I made the executive decission to take them every 12 hours. Have noticed. A little more lightheadedness & sleepiness. No remarkable improvement noted in pain.

Hey Barbara, On our website underneath every product we have information about the up-titration method people use when starting on CBD, as everybody is different and its important to listen to your body. We can also see from our system that you ordered our 300mg capsules, most people who are using our products for similar reasons such as yours only order our products with 1500mg of CBD or more. Capsules also have the lowest absorption rate, meaning the lowest amount of CBD of all products is absorbed, so we suggest perhaps trying a higher strength or a more bioavailable way of consuming CBD such as our extracts or CBD crystals :) Thanks for taking the time to leave your review Endoca team

The order took 4 weeks 5 days to get to me. It had been inspected by the Australian Border Security and allowed through even though it contained Medicinal Cannabis Products. I am yet to use the product but am please to have received it.

I am very excited about this product, delivery was fast, I did contact the company to get some advice about the dosage for panic disorder however the girl didn't help me much she only said 5 drops 3 times a day of the 3%. after reading the other reviews it seems to me that I choose the lower dose instead of a strong oil for anxiety. lets see how it works. I understand that you are not doctors but a little help based in the other customers with the same illness won't affect the company,

Hey Marina, Everybody reacts differently to CBD products, and some forms work better than others for some people. As you only ordered our 3% product, i would suggest ordering a product with higher strength. The CBD oil had no effect (used it for spasticity with spinal cord injury). The price for the products is too high. However, the customer service is good and they managed to resolve a shipment issue easily for me.

Hey Lars, Unfortunately due to the current legislative climate of CBD, sometimes there can be issues with delivery due to customs in particular countries. We work tirelessly to try and rectify all these issues, and to avoid them happening in the future, but from time to time it happens. If laws on CBD were more lax, shipping issues would not be a problem.
