Hi Patricia, Thank you for getting in touch with us. We hear you. Unfortunate as it is, due to FDA regulations and current laws surrounding cannabis medicine, no one can give you specific recommendations or advice regarding what cannabis medicine will and won't do. This is because when it comes to 'plant medicine' meaning anything that has not been made in a lab with patented ingredients/recipes, with years of research and millions of dollars spent on that research, we cannot say that any particular product can guarantee particular results. This is unfortunately out of our hands, and we are legally, and morally required to adhere to this. We know what others have found benefit from, and how it has affected them, but cannot prescribe, advise or guarantee CBD will work for any particular thing. In saying that, we have this Trustpilot review website where people write in great detail about what products have worked for them and we also have a CBD community group on facebook where people come together to share with each other what has worked for them. Hi Wayne, I'm sorry to hear that you were not completely satisfied with your product. CBD is not a one size fits all kind of thing. It may take some time before you find your right dose, and doing this with gum, which has CBD crystals which are 99% pure CBD rather than with CBD oil or paste, may mean it takes more time for you to truly find your best CBD 'sweet spot'. In saying that, take a look through some of the reviews below yours and you'll see that CBD does help others in varying ways (there's even one from someone who has been taking the same product as you with positive results). You're quite right, it is important that legalisation takes place to make cannabis legal worldwide! This is the goal, however, for those that can't or do not wan't to take products that are FECO because of the THC content (which many people do not want in their cannabis products), then full spectrum hemp products are a fantastic way to get cannabis medicine, without the high. Perhaps next time you might think about trying one of our more potent products, like the 30% CBD paste; which as you say with the FECO products, you can take a rice grain size of and get incredible results. Hi Babak, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. I can assure you that your order was received on January 12th, not the 29th of December, as you say—and as you live in a country where receiving CBD products may take up to 3 weeks to get to you because of customs laws, we always request that you maintain patience during this time. Regarding your package, there certainly wasn't any deliberate mistakes made, as this costs the company money and obviously isn't good for customer relations. It was a simple mistake, which happens from time to time, especially over busy periods like the new year and the weeks around it. Also, as explained in the email we sent you regarding the mistake made with your products, we have offered for you to keep the products which were shipped to you, as well as the products we are sending you that you originally ordered, to ensure that you are not without CBD medicine during this time, at no extra cost. I hope that you will see that this was an honest mistake made during a busy time of the year, where we have done our best to ensure your happiness throughout.
