We want all of our services to be as high quality as the products you receive, which is why we choose to ship our products with the company that had the best service for price we could find. We do not add any extra costs to the shipping, so the cost you pay is how much our shipping company charges directly. In the past we have tried other companies and have found that cheaper service does not guarantee safe delivery, and in the end we found that our customers were far more satisfied with our current methods. It may be that the product is too strong for you, which is why we always propose starting with the 3% and slowly working your dose up so that you are sure to find the right dose for you. Hi Bernie, Happy to hear that you've had positive experiences with your CBD oil. We use delivery services that are reliable and have the best rates that we can find. Unfortunately the shipping rates come direct from the delivery company. We do not add any fees on top, rather add the service charge that we get directly. Perhaps you can bulk order for next time, as orders over the cost of 100 receive free shipping. I often ask friends if they need products, and we'll order all together so that there is less shipping cost, and also so that there is a smaller carbon footprint. Win/Win!
