Hi Heidi, Thank you for leaving us with your feedback. It is quite likely that the issue is coming from your banks end. Nowadays, the anti-fraud system in the banks are extremely sensitive and block majority of the payments. Usually this can be fixed if you contact your bank and ask them to allow these payments through. We kindly suggest you speak with either one of your banks to get this issue resolved. If that does not help, please do reach out to us and we will get our finance department to investigate as to why your payments may not be getting through.
