High custom duty in India
Hello, I’m very thankful for the well-researched product that your team has produced. I have bought the cbd oil or capsules for my mother who has rheumatoid arthritis and she has to take HCQS (Hydroxychloroquine) capsules just to get rid of chronic pain and to continue day to day life. These tablets are not the cure at all, but it just reduces the pain with a major side effect on organs like kidneys and liver. The endoca products definitely brought some relief but with a higher cost. My mother lives in India and even after I make the full payment the Indian customs demand a custom duty ranging between 150-200% price of the original product which is a lot. Since the cbd based products are used for lifetime where we need to order a new bottle of oil or capsule every month and it’s pushes us to think twice before ordering. I don’t know what the solution could be for this situation but I’m sure endoca team can look into this. Thanks.

Hi Syed, We understand that sometimes prices on CBD may seem prohibitive, as not everyone can afford the industry standard retail pricing, however there are many factors that inform these prices. Endoca is one of the top companies in the industry for high quality, which means integrating production expenses into our product pricing. We hold a GMP certification, only use organic hemp, make 3rd-party lab tests, ensure the highest quality of the end product through providing a product that we oversee from seed to shelf, and far more. Why not join our newsletter: https://www.endoca.com/#eo-new-subscribe-box. This is where we share upcoming sales and deals first so you'll always be prepared to get your products with a discount! Speaking about customs duties, every country has different laws and regulations for the imported goods. We are not able to impact the taxes that are applied by local laws. You may try contacting local customs office to consult maybe there is a way to pay lower duties - for example maybe there is some order amount on which duties are lower.
