I ordered the raw hemp oil 50 mg cbd+ They definitely help my body to relax after a hard day on my feet. Helps with all the arthritic aches & pain. Also Helps my husband be less irritated from a long day at work. He’s able to relax & be less effected by stressors. I’d like to be able to dose it so it helps my degenerative disc disease in my low back , but I’m not sure how high you can go with this medicine.

Hi Teresa It's fantastic to hear that both you and your husband have been benefitting from your 50mg CBD capsules - however sounds like you're the one benefitting most from from your husbands improved relaxation and calm ;) When it comes to dosing, there is no limit. CBD has not been found to be toxic in high doses, and some people take upwards of 300+ mg per day. It all depends on your personal needs. Try increasing your dose (better to do so towards the end of the day, a few hours before bed) by one capsule, and see whether this helps in your discomfort.
