I give it a 5 but I cannot take it during the day because it makes me so sleepy. Not sure how to get the maximum benefit with this hindrance.

Perhaps you could try using less of the product during the day and taking a little more at night. You are using our higher strength product, so as your body gets used to the CBD, you may find that you become less and less tired with use. I have been using this for my little dog's my little boy border terrier was having seizures and with time he is up to 4 drops and so far so good I have about 4 month's no seizures. My little girl border terrier is getting old and harder for her move around she is on 2 drops and she is much more active and feels better. Thank you Kay Gallagher
