Hi Hassan, We extract our completely natural oil from organic hemp, that is grown out in fields rather than greenhouses or controlled environments. This means that every batch is a little different depending on the climate, soil, temperature and so many other things. All of these things may have an affect on the amounts of different terpenes, flavonoids and other hemp compounds which can change the flavour and/or smell of the final product. We do however understand that the flavour is not for everyone, which is why we have created a flavour mitigation video specifically for this reason. As capsules are one of the lesser bioavailable ways to administer CBD, we suggest taking your capsule at least 30 minutes before a meal, or at least half an hour afterwards, as food digestion may decrease the amount of CBD that your body uptakes. We suggest keeping your CBD in the fridge and changes in temperature may affect the quality of your product, however you may leave your product out of the fridge if it stays in a cool and dry place, out of direct sunlight.
