Hi, Monique! Thank you for taking the time to leave an honest review. We are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy our Hemp Extracts due to the taste and burn. The reason why our products have a such a strong taste is that they are all natural and organic. We do not add any flavoring or chemicals to make the taste more pleasant. Many customers notice that our extracts are an acquired tasted and you will get used to it over time. If you still really don't like the taste, you may want to try our Hemp Oil Capsules (https://www.endoca.com/en/c27-buy-cbd-capsules-and-pills.) Also, in regards to the burn, this is something that can happen when using our Hemp Extracts, primarily our RAW extracts (like the RAW Golden Hemp Oil 3000mg CBD+CBDa.) This is because they are high in acidity (CBDa = Cannabidiolic Acid) and terpenes. With that, the acidity may be causing the burn, or you may be sensitive to the terpenes/acidic content. That said, you may want to try our decarboxylated products that go through a gentle heating process to decrease the number of acid groups (turns CBDa into CBD) and also can reduce the number of terpenes. Again, we're sorry you didn't have a great experience with our RAW products. Everybody does have a sweet spot for dosing, maybe you didn't find your optimal dose. How many drops are you taking per serving? Per day?​ We would love for you to be able to enjoy CBD, so we want to help you find the best dose for YOU. ​With that, the up-titration method is a trusted method to help with gradually increasing a dose until the most desired results are achieved. If you, by chance, exceed that optimal dose, you can always drop back down to the previous dose. If you take a look at the bottom of the product page, there is a helpful chart that shows how to do this. Hi, Jason! I am sorry that your wife didn't feel the relief that she was looking for. After looking into your order, I see that you ordered our least concentrated product. Maybe she should try a higher concentration. The product most commonly used for similar concerns is our 1500mg (15%) RAW Hemp Oil Drops (https://www.endoca.com/en/p88-oil-cbda-hemp-oil-drops-1500mg-cbd.) With these, one drop will contain about 5mg CBD+CBDa. The product you currently have only contained about 1mg CBD. That said, CBD may act as a pain reliever while CBD and CBDa may act as an anti-inflammatory which is commonly associated with pain. If you are interested, please give our office a call (619-831-0155) to discuss other product options or maybe a better way to dose the drops you do have.
