Hi Mary Kate, I'm sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your product. We believe in keeping our products as close to nature intended as possible which is why we decided to use hemp oil as our carrier oil rather than other alternatives. You may also want to try out alternative methods of administration, like CBD capsules, suppositories or even crystals., which are all available at Endoca, so that you do not have to taste the product. Hi Sam, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the experience you were after. When it comes to CBD, everyone's experience is as different as the the individual that uses it. Some people find that they only need 1 drop of the 3% product to get the effects they're after, while others need longer to feel the effects they're after, or need to continue to up-titrate until they find their CBD sweet spot. Hi Helen, I'm sorry to hear that you haven't had the best results with your product. Some customers, who may have sensitivities to natural plant terpenes and flavonoids, can find that they develop hay fever like symptoms from using our Raw products. This is in part sue to the fact that we make whole plant extracts, so most plant compounds, waxes and other plant compounds are maintained within our products. You may find using our 99% CBD crystals help negate this reaction, as it does not contain any plant compounds apart from good ol' CBD. Hi Claire, I'm sorry to hear that you have not had the experiences you were looking for. When it comes to CBD, some people only need to take a very small dose to get the effects they're after, while others need to up-titrate until they find their perfect dose. 4-9 drops of the 3% oil in the starter pack is 4-9mg of CBD, which for most people using CBD isn't enough for strong effects. Try taking two capsules 3 x a day for a week, and then upping to 3 capsules 3 x a day for the second week to see whether this improves your experiences. Hi Dwayne, I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your experiences with your Gum. We endeavour to be as sustainable and ecological as possible, so use 100% natural, biodegradable and organic ingredients in our CBD gum. We understand that it certainly doesn't have the same texture as store bought gums might. This is because our gum, once used, may be composted, and will decompose in days/weeks, rather than years and years like store bought gum. That being said, we know that others have found mixing their CBD gum with store bought gum has helped them get over their issue with its texture and still get the most out of their CBD product.
