Hi Katherine, I'm very sorry to hear that the CBD salve did not provide you with the desired results you were after. Because we use whole plant extracts, we have found that some customers that are more sensitive to plant properties such as terpenes, flavonoids and plant waxes, or have a propensity to experience hay fever may experience similar reactions. Depending on what you're using CBD for, we always suggest starting with a low dose and working your way up to the dose that makes most sense to you through using the up-titration method. Alternatively our 1500mg CBD oil contains approximately 5mg of CBD per drop, meaning it is 5 x stronger than the products you have bought, and is used predominantly by those who need more pervasive effects to improve their health. Hi Hey, I'm sorry to hear that you feel this way. Our products are made and produced in Europe, which we then send from Europe to a fulfilment centre in the UK. This fulfilment centre then carries the orders the rest of the way to you. So, we do in fact send our products from Germany and The Netherlands. Hi Ms Barbier, We have never heard of any instances of such results from CBD, and can't seem to think of any reason why CBD may have provoked such a strong reaction. We always recommend getting in touch with your health care professional before using CBD, as needs and results are as individual as the person using it, and can take some trial and error before finding your perfect CBD dose and product. Many customers find using topical products on localised issues such as arthritis, inflammation and other skin and joint issues has remarkable effects. Perhaps you could benefit by mixing your CBD oil with any quality cream and applying it directly to the area of pain. Endoca believes in keeping our products as close to nature intended as possible, meaning we do not use any additives, preservatives, fragrances or unnatural flavors to our products. Our gum is made out of 100% natural ingredients, so it may differ in texture and flavor to what you're used to with brand name gums. Our gum is softer and smoother, and because it is natural, breaks down faster meaning it is better for the environment too. Many of our customers have found adding store bought gum to their Endoca gum allows them to get the CBD they need without any issue. Perhaps this is something you might like to try?
