Hi Travis, The additional charges you see are for the taxes, which are added after you input your delivery address. These are added afterwards because the taxes differ depending on where you live. It can be anywhere between 7% - 10% tax depending on the location you order your products to. We do not charge international fees for purchases made within the US with a US bank card. Hi Kate, I'm sorry to hear that you are not 100% satisfied with your experiences with us. As mentioned in our email with you, while a discount was added, the total price does not include VAT and shipping costs, which are added after the discount, and at the checkout page. Once you're at the checkout page and have input your delivery address, the purchase price is updated to include the shipping costs depending on where you live, and is general practice when ordering online. We also provide a delivery fee estimate so that you are aware of any charges, before you make your purchase. This can be seen in the right-hand corner of the cart page. I must apologise for the issues you were having with the endoca phone number. We recently made design changes to our website, and there was an error made in the phone number that was reuploaded. Thank you for informing us of the error, this has now been corrected. We always do our best to ensure that our customers are happy with not only the product but the service as well, and greatly regret that you have had this experience with us. Endoca believes in keeping our products as close to nature intended as possible, meaning we do not use any additives, preservatives, fragrances or unnatural flavors to our products. Our gum is made out of 100% natural ingredients, so it may differ in texture and flavor to what you're used to with brand name gums. Our gum is softer and smoother, and because it is natural, breaks down faster meaning it is better for the environment too. Many of our customers have found adding store bought gum to their Endoca gum allows them to get the CBD they need without any issue. Perhaps this is something you might like to try?
