We are disappointed in the time taken to despach our order. Confirmation that Endoca had this order (2X1500gm CBD oil) was received March 13. Order was paid for on that date. We received notification on March 17 that our order had just been despatched. This delay is hurtful as we are trying this product for serious physical difficulties.

Hey Grant, Firstly i would like to apologise for the inconvenience this situation caused you. The packages we send to Australia are sent via Danish post, and the packages are sent out Friday afternoons, so all packages received before Friday will be sent out together. March 13th was a Monday, and this is why you got notification that the package was dispatched on March 17th, which was the coming Friday. Australia and other countries like Norway, Canada, Iceland, Greenland, New Zealand, Thailand, Russia have tighter customs regulations that further delay shipping, all these delays are calculated and included into the total time for shipping and therefore delivery is 3-4 weeks However customer experience is extremely important to us here at Endoca, so one of our representatives will be in touch with you regarding this issue Endoca team

I was very disappointment with my order: raw hemp extract, the one in the green box. It's advertised as a paste, but it's not a paste at all, IT'S LIQUID! The picture is not accurate and the video shows the girl handling a paste, but what I was sent was NOT LIKE THAT, the one I received is clearly a liquid, it runs down like a liquid. It's a thick liquid, but it's a liquid, definitely NOT a paste!

Dear customer We apologise if the consistency of the paste you received did not match the consistency of the paste featured in our video online. One of our customer service representatives will be in touch and see if there is any way we can remedy this situation for you. Unfortunately when you are creating a product from nature, situations can occur out of your control that may alter a variety of things, from the smell, colour or such as in this case, the consistency. We do, however, control the CBD content within our hemp extracts, and we always deliver the CBD content level that is promised on the label of our products, even if the product may appear to be ascetically different. Plese put the product in refrigirator before use and it will become more solid, it could be that the temp you are in that is making the product softer. All the best Endoca Team

I ordered one product over a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. Endoca assures me that they have sent it and that it is the Australian customs and postal services that are slow; this is just not acceptable.

We buyed three time this product, and now we know, that we get the first time a bad one !? This consistenz was like yelow oil, we think now that was old, while the others it was a brown paste...

Ordering from this company is the hugest pain in the butt, and dealing with their customer service (Anna) is even worse. They won't answer questions, cannot keep up with what was previous stated and they take forever to answer back. Nightmare. Looking at other companies to fulfill our orders

Excellent product, friendly and helpful customer service, and from what I've researched about the company... They truly care about our health, wellness, and environment. I don't remember her name, but the representative I spoke with in San Diego was very helpful. She answered all of my questions, and had my order over the phone with no problems. It was delivered in a timely manner a few days later. The product is exactly as described. I believe this company does their best to provide top of the line extracts using quality strains, ingredients, and methods. I don't know if popularity and acceptance of natural medicine from the hemp plant will affect the availability of these products, but it is expensive. Hopefully through support and purchasing from a company as good as this one, these products will become more affordable. You can't put a price on health, though. I highly recommend this company and product Edited October 25: From an obvious 5 star rating above, down to a 2. Just as I've read with some of the other reviews now. Excellent product, poor support team. My orders were going off without a hitch. Very friendly representatives in the California area taking my calls, and getting my order out and delivered on time. Then I had a dispute with my last order. More of a mix-up at first, but due to Anna on the receiving end of my questions and concerns with my discount code not being applied, it's turned into literally "Sorry about it, but you need to pay more attention when ordering". And "This was mistake done by the customer and not by us". Email quotes. She's referring to the fact that I didn't claim the discount code for that particular order. I assumed they had the technology to compare my last charge with my current order, and charge me the same. That didn't happen. Well, mistakes happen. And good companies, no, great companies, find ways to make the customer feel like they want to spend their money with an entity that appreciates their business. That is now not my case. It isn't about the refund for the difference of the discount. For the amount of money I pay for the particular product I order from them, not feeling appreciated. I'm upset enough to give them 1 star, but I can't deny the quality of the work they perform. There's an entire team behind this company's name, and I hate for the Endoca named to be smeared because of poor customer service. Bummer deal. I hope this review gives someone a heads up and helps in their decision making. CBD is an important choice to make in life. Paz y amor

I couldn't enjoy even enough to know if I benefitted because it stuck terribly to my dental work. I hadn't thought about this before I ordered but if you have any crowns or bridges, this is not an effective delivery method.
