I have several autoimmune diseases…
I have several autoimmune diseases (thyroid, sjogrens, Mcas) and find it hard to switch off to sleep - my brain is very anxious/active and I wake easily (about 15 times a night). I have a Whoop band that analyses my sleep. When I don’t take CBD I average about 30-60 minutes REM sleep a night but when I do I often get well over 2hours. I can remember my dreams when I wake up (which I never can otherwise). It’s obviously quite expensive but 3 drops helps me at night.

This is a quality product
This is a quality product. I take 3 drops (15 mg total) under my tongue in the morning and hold it as long as I can. Then I wash it down with orange juice. I take another 2 drops about 3 in the afternoon. I take it for lupus and arthritis and it seems to improve inflammation.

This is my 4th bottle. I’ve tried several brands of CBD oils and edibles and I always come running back to ENDOCA.
