Hi Nina, I’m sorry to hear that you are not completely satisfied with your product. When it comes to Endoca CBD products I have to tell you that there are no solvents used in our processes as we only use supercritical Co2 extraction. The CBD Crystals;s also only contain 99% pure CBD which we extract ourselves from organic hemp. However, this does not negate the fact that you are experiencing these things, and I must apologise for that. You may find that using the crystals in your smoothies or in your food is a nice way to bypass the negative side-effects you are getting from dabbing the product. Hi Amy, I’m sorry you’re not 100% satisfied with your product, however i feel it would be remiss of me not to explain why this is. Our products are highly potent, meaning our products contain concentrated levels of CBD in our oils and products. You may notice that we will only ever advise our community members to take a few single drops of oil at one time, whereas other companies with bigger bottles usually advise taking a full dropper, which also shows you that even though other companies provide bigger bottles for the same price or the same size bottles for less, they arent usually of the same quality, and CBD quantity per mg. Hi James, I’m sorry to hear that you have had this experience. We always advise our customers that our oils are full spectrum. This means that we keep all the ingredients that you would find in the plant, completely intact. We extract from industrial hemp, which by law can contain anywhere between 0.0%-0.2% THC in it while still being legal. This amount will not produce a high, as you may be aware of, however, when it comes to THC in the body, with some people it can have an accumulative effect and stay in the body building up. This is why you may have tested positive on a test without getting the effects (benefits) of actually taking THC and getting high. We hope that this has answered your question.
