Hi Brian, I'm sorry to hear that you have not received your product at this time. We have searched through our system and could not find any message or emails from you directly to our email address, nor anything through our contact form on our website, so we apologise for not having gotten in touch sooner, as this is the first we've heard about your parcel issues. Current customs issues and especially now with COVID 19 has meant some placed worldwide are experiencing far more restrictive access than before. We generally ask between 3-6 weeks for delivery in your part of the world, however we have seen that your parcel has been stopped by customs, and therefore one of our customer care team members have been in touch, or will be shortly, regarding a full refund for your purchase. Hi Sam, I'm sorry to hear that you were not 100% satisfied with the gum. We believe in keeping our products as close to nature intended as possible, meaning we do not use any additives, preservatives, fragrances or unnatural flavors to our products. Our gum is made out of 100% natural ingredients, and therefore differs in texture and flavor to what you may be used to with store bought gums. Our gum is softer and smoother, and because it is natural, breaks down faster meaning it is better for the environment too. Many of our customers have found adding store bought gum to their Endoca gum allows them to get the CBD they need without any issue. You can also improve flavour by adding peppermint oil. Perhaps this is something you might like to try? In any case, thank you for taking the time to leave us with this feedback, as this allows us to always work on improving our products. Hi Fulvia, Unfortunately, due to the spread of the COVID-19 virus and the ensuing strain this has placed on resources and service providers worldwide, shipping and delivery times are likely to vary, and be delayed. This is not ideal, however it is something that we all must do our best to be as understanding of the situation as possible. I can see on your order that you paid €10 for standard shipping in Europe, so extradited shipping,which costs €32, was not chosen for this particular order. I can however inform you that your shipment has arrived in Barcelona and as of today is awaiting the next stage of delivery to your address.
