Raw Hemp Paste Extract bad syringe
I have been using Raw Hemp Oil Paste Extract for quite some time for about 9 months. The cost is £325.00, I like the product but I don't like that I can't extract all what i paid for..
I wrote to Endoca, they appeared to be unaware of this of problem, very hard to believe, because I'm sure the syringe had to be tested for good marketing. The screw stops with a few turns to go, it does not go further, the paste does not go all way through, it stops in the nozzle.
They asked for photos, which I provided, showing I lose about 3cm of the paste, that is quite a lot. This does not serve the customer, I tried using a small object but it squashes the paste to the side.
I believe the price I payed for this product, I should be able to get all my paste without having to improvised . I do like their product but having to lose so much is robbery. I'm asking Endoca to please consider solving this problem. So far I have purchased 5 Raw hemp paste Extract 30% at £325.00 and 4Raw hemp paste extract 20%. I see the price is now reduced. I am rating 3star because the syringe does not deliver all the paste extract. I'm looking forward to a reply from my recent email enquiry. In the interest of good faith, I believe Endoca should reimburse my loss.

Jury is still out
Jury is still out. Perhaps a lessening of pain and anxiety. Hemp drops taste terrible. Mixing them with alcohol makes me a bit dingy. I'm new at this, so still getting a feel for it. Takes a while I think before long term results. I dunno. Still experimenting.

In regards to taste, you can always mix the oils with another food-grade essential oil (like peppermint) or honey to help. This is a common remedy for many of our customers. We do not advise consuming CBD with alcohol as it may impact how the alcohol is stored in your body.

Needs a little improvement
I did not realize the taste would be so nasty to me, so I would choose a flavor like mint if I were to reorder. I also found the salve to be like a hard bees wax so its not easy to put on especially when you have to keep in refrigerator. I believe both products worked but as I said, need flavor in oil & smoother salve for me.

I'm glad to hear that the products have been working for you. We do our best to keep our products as close to nature intended, meaning we do not add flavours, preservatives, fragrances or any other additives to our products. By doing this, we ensure that the integrity of the cannabis plant is maintained absolutely.
We understand that it can be a little strong for some, so we suggest adding your product to organic raw honey and using it sublingually as usual or add to edibles, drinks or smoothies. Or better yet, you can use capsules and dose them yourself (your local pharmacy should have some).
In regards to the Hemp Salve, we understand that the texture may get a little hard in the fridge, so we suggest using the heat from your hands and leaving it for 30 seconds to 1 minute before applying. Even though we suggest the salve stays in the fridge it is not necessary. Just make sure you keep it in a cool dry place and don't leave it in high temperatures or in the sun.

It wasn't clear what the difference was…
It wasn't clear what the difference was between the CBD oil and Hemp oil. I wasted money ordering the Hemp oil when I needed the CBD oil. Otherwise good service.

Hi Cher,
I'm sorry you were confused by this however there really isn't anything to worry about because ALL Endoca products contain CBD.
You ordered 15% CBD capsules. Each capsule contains 50 mg of CBD and the whole bottle contains 1500 mg of CBD in it. CBD is a compound and so if you were to have CBD in its pure form, you would end up with crystals, not an oil.
Some of our range of products contain hemp seed oil as a carrier oil for the CBD, meaning you can take it in oil form like in the pipette, or as you have them (pre packed and dosed in capsules).
In most cases though, the difference between Hemp CBD oil and CBD oil is that some companies use Hemp seed oil with their CBD products whereas other companies use other types of oils like:
- Coconut oil
- Olive oil
- Other vegetable oils
We like to use Hemp oil in our products because we believe in the full plant being the most beneficial for health (because nature knows what's best).
Sometimes you'll find hemp oil however it will not specify that there is CBD within the product.
Make sure you research your products and brands to ensure that you are buying products with specified and verified amounts of CBD like we do, otherwise you can never really be sure of what is in your product.

Reviews about the CBD oil helping the problem.
I've only been using the 1500 drops for two weeks so I'm not built up to the level yet. I have insomnia and anxiety. I haven't seen any reviews from others who have my problems. I see most reviews talk about the shipping and dealing with the company but most don't mention what and how the CBD oil has done for them. Perhaps you could request some reviews about how the product helped their medical situation. I feel doubtful after reading the little said about how it worked.

Very slow postage
Very slow postage. Has been 6 weeks and still haven't received item. Stuck in customs. Expect lengthy delay if posting to Australia.
