Hi Tyra, Thanks for writing about your experiences with us. It can take time to find your 'sweet spot' with CBD. This means that for some, it can take weeks, and for others it can months. Under each product listing on our website there is an infographic explaining how to dose week by week. We are sorry to hear that you were not happy with the shipping. Hi Laura! We are so sorry for your chronic migraines and the pain of fibromyalgia - can we ask how you are currently dosing the CBD? Also, everyone's physiology is different, and so it could come down to the amount. We have to stress that we cannot make any medical claims but want to help nonetheless. You seemed to have received the product by mistake and wanted to send back so you would not be charged, which you haven't and will not be. We would never charge you for anything unless you authorized the charge by phone or placed an order online at www.Endoca.com. In regards to the return label, that was sent 10 days ago, so you should have received it by now. However, we will send another one out today. Hi! We are so happy that you are feeling some pain relief after use of CBD products. In regards to the munchies, the product you ordered is a relatively high amount of CBD per serving and I did notice this was your first order with us. Have you used CBD in the past? Some people can be very sensitive to CBD and may experience unwanted effects- like the "munchies" as CBD may induce hunger. Hey Marcus, We can see from our order history you order our RAW 3% drops. For some people, they need a large dose of CBD to help them deal with more severe pain. As our 3% drops are our lowest strength product, this means unless you are taking a large amount, has a relatively low concentration of CBD. We suggest trying a higher dose, testing different levels until you find something that works for you. Also, our suppositories actually have the best rate for absorption, therefore they are definitely a superior product if you are looking to absorb large amounts of CBD. We suggest you try some different methods of using CBD, perhaps our 3% RAW drops aren't the best product for you, and it will take some trial and error to find your perfect match :) In any case, thanks for taking the time to leave such an honest review!
