Hi Donald, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. When it comes to CBD your experiences are as individual as you are. There is no one size fits all, and so CBD often requires much research, trial and error, and perhaps in your case, you may find better benefits from using CBD internally, rather than solely externally. CBD works with your Endocannabinoid system, with many of its receptors found inside the body, especially those associated with pain perception. When taking CBD internally, it is metabolised by the body and sent on to where it is needed. For this reason, while your issue is locally situated, your body may need more general CBD administration rather than topical. You want to try using our 15% Raw CBD oil along with the CBD salve that you are using, attacking the problem from both ends. Hi Craig, Depending on your needs, you may find using CBD internally works best. CBD salve is generally used by our customers for minor issues or skin problems, however in saying that there are many who find it works well for more severe issues like muscle pain, fibromyalgia and more. This is why it can be so important to test it for yourself. You may find massaging it for longer periods of time to help, or using an internal and external solution for your pain such as with our CBD oil, or capsules. We believe that everyone is different when it comes to their CBD sweet spot, and there is no 'one size fits all', so your results depend on your body and what it needs. To help you find the dose that works best for you, head to this link for information on dosing and up-titration: https://www.endoca.com/cbd-dosage Sometimes it is also just a matter of CBD administration method. For instance, using the sublingual method is a more direct way for CBD to enter the bloodstream compared with oral administration (or through the stomach like the capsules do) as the stomach breaks down much of the CBD before it enters the bloodstream, affecting its bioavailability. Even more effective are suppositories, as the CBD enters directly into the bloodstream at a very high level of bioavailability. You may find using suppositories provide you with a far more powerful experience than your current method does. If you'd like to test it out again, you may find that piercing or opening your capsule and placing the oil, extract underneath your tongue provides you with improved experiences, and may help you find the administration method that works best for you. Hi Sylvie, I'm sorry to hear that you've not had the experiences that you were hoping for. Unfortunately, one person's experiences may not reflect the experiences of another, even with the same product used for the same reasons. That's why it is so important to ensure that you start low and slowly increase your CBD dosage. It may have been that 10mg was too high a dose to begin with. If you'd like to test it out again, on a much lower dose, you may find that piercing your capsule with a pin and placing 1 or two drops underneath your tongue is enough to begin with, and may help you find the dose that works best for you. To help you find the dose that works best for you, head to this link for information on dosing and up-titration: https://www.endoca.com/cbd-dosage The particular product you have., the 10mg CBD capsules, is part of our medium range, containing 10 mg of CBD per single capsule, and is best taken for general health and wellbeing. Our strong range however is for more pervasive health issues and contains around 5 x the amount of the 3%, with approximately 50 mg per single capsule. So, depending on what you're using CBD for, you may need to up-titrate, by taking two capsules at a time or until you feel the results desired.
