Hi Jane, I'm sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your purchasing experience with our company. We are a European based company, that ship globally, and so use a global payment system. Depending on your bank, and your card type, there are often small surcharges for using an overseas processor. I'm sorry that this has been an issue for you, however we find that using these systems means that customers from all over the world are more able to access our products. We are currently working to address this issue with a US payment system, so that these surcharges are not passed onto our customers. Hopefully by the time you've used up your two bottles, you'll be able to purchase through a local payment processor. Hi Lloyd, Thanks for taking the time to leave us with your feedback. When it comes to CBD, everyone is different. You have bought the 3% capsules. Each capsules has 10mg of CBD. Depending on how you were dosing, you may need to up-titrate in order to get the effects you are after. We generally recommend starting like this: 1 x capsules, 3 times a day - for the first week 2 x capsules, 3 times a day - for the second week 3 x capsules, 3 times a day - for the third week and so on until you feel the effects you are searching for. Hi Chris, When it comes to CBD, it may take some time before effects are felt to the full. For some it may take days, others weeks, and even months. As it has only been a week since you received your bottle, with some time I'm sure you'll find yourself adapting to the CBD, and it to you. We have one size of bottle - 10 ml. This is because we believe in filling our products with CBD, and not carrier oil. You may find many companies that have 30ml or 50ml bottles with the same or less CBD in it which means having to take more oil to get the same effects as just one drop of CBD from Endoca products would. Take a look at our CBD calculator and have a play around with our products, and compare them to other companies. You'll find that we are quite fair in our price per mg (around .9 cents per 1 mg of CBD compared to around .10-.13 cents for other companies), which is what you are paying for in the end. https://www.endoca.com/cbd-calculator With your product, we suggest starting very low - 1 x drop, 3 x per day and going forward from there. There are around 300 drops per bottle, so if you are taking 3 drops a day, this should last you just over 3 months. 6 drops per day will give you approximately 2 months of product and so on. There are people there that share information about dosing and up-titration for their particular needs, which may be helpful in providing you with guidance. Hi Scott, I'm glad to hear that you felt that the 3% heated oil had some effect for you. When it comes to CBD, we believe that starting on a low dose, and increasing your dose up is the best way to find your CBD sweet spot. The 3% oil however, has only 1mg per drop, whereas our 15% has 5mg per drop. It may be that you need larger doses than you have been taking with your 3%. Hi Ronald, I'm sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with your 15% products. We always recommend reaching out to us if you are unsure on dosing and how to start taking your product, however a rule of thumb is starting on the lowest doses for new CBD users. When the body is not used to using a particular medication or substance in it, these reactions are normal, and often occur. So that is why starting low, and gradually working your way up to a higher dose, is always the best way forward. 5 x drops of 15% = 25mg of CBD. We always advise new users to start at just 2mg (which means using 2 x drops of the 3% product). Why not try starting with 1 x drop of the 15% 2 times a day (once in the morning and once in the evening), and move your way up from there. That way, you'll find your CBD 'sweet spot' (your perfect dose) and not over dose how much you need. I think you may find joining our Facebook community may help you find people who have had great results, and who can advise you on what has worked for them: https://www.facebook.com/groups/endocacbdcommunity/ I also, see that you have bought the 3% oil which is generally for wellbeing rather than for any significant health issues. Many find the higher strength product to be more potent and have a more powerful effect for them. The flavour, we know, initially can be a little strong for some, however like you say, many people get used to it. Personally, the flavour connotes a level of health for me, as I know the purity of the product is what is so integral to it being qualitative.
