You may find using the strong product better on the hip pocket, as instead of 5-7 drops of the medium strength product, you could use 1 or 2 of the strong product. Thank you for your feedback. Hi Caroline, Thank you so much for your great feedback. When it comes to. CBD, as it is not technically a medication, we cannot give succinct dosing information. CBD really isn't a one size fits all kind of products, so it's truly a matter of finding the right dosage that works for you and your needs, however in saying that, the general rule of thumb is to go by the up-titration method, which basically means starting at a low dosage like one drop/capsule three times a day, and then slowly increasing the dosage until you find your CBD sweet spot.
