Hi Kendal, Our CBD is highly concentrated, meaning that you have to take less of the oil, to have the same effects as say a 30ml bottle of the the same mg amount. We always advise to start on a low dose and slowly increase it week on week. Starting with one single drop which equals 5mg of CBD, and increasing by one drop every few days will allow your body to get used to the CBD, and find the dose that feels right for you. Hi Nathan, Happy to hear that you received your product so quickly. Sometimes it's just a matter of getting used to the CBD and up-titrating as you go. Some people find that it can take weeks or even months to find their sweet spot. 1 drop of the 15% is 5mg of CBD. We always suggest starting with one drop in the morning and one drop on the evening for the first week, then adding an extra drop each week until you find your CBD sweet spot. Hi Garry, Happy to hear that you are enjoying your 15% raw CBD oil. We are a European company, and so currently use a universal payment processor to process all of our payments which at this times means an international fee is incurred. However, in order to ensure that all of or customers can enjoy our products in the same way, we are looking into ways in which to provide every one of our customers with the same experience as the other, especially when it comes to purchasing your product. I feel we must also mention that our products are made at very high quality standards, using organic hemp grown in Europe that align with GMP certification, which is extracted in the cleanest and safest way - supercritical Co2 extraction. All these factors ensure that our products are the cleanest, purest and highest quality on the market. These processes do come at a higher price, which we must include in our product pricing, however in the last year we have made two reduction in our 15% price, and just recently, we made another reduction in many of our other products as well, making it more affordable for those who need high quality CBD oil. Hi Phillip, It's fantastic to hear that you have had such great results with your CBD on pain and inflammation in the joints. We understand some of our community need something to help with the flavour, as we make a point of not adding any additives, flavours, colours, or scents to our products. It can sometimes be a little potent for some. Often, we recommend organic honey as a flavour aid, however in your case, people have found adding high quality peppermint oil a great flavour alternative.
