We believe that everyone is different when it comes to their CBD sweet spot, and there is no 'one size fits all', so your results depend on your body and what it needs. Our strong range however is for more pervasive health issues and contains around 5 x the amount of the 3%, with approximately 5 mg per single drop. When it comes to CBD, everyone's sweet spot is as unique as the person using it, so depending on what you're using CBD for, and why, you may need more than the 5 drops three times a day. Hi Jodee, I'm sorry to hear this. you've ordered the 300mg CBD cream, which we suggest using for general skin health or mild irritation, so depending on what you're using it for you may need a higher dosage to get the results you're looking for. If you're using a topical for more severe issues, we suggest using the 750mg CBD salve which has more than twice the amount for CBD you have ordered, and is far more concentrated.
