Bought a starter pack which had a little vegan icon on the description. When it came I discovered the lip balm had both beeswax and honey. I emailed them about this and the reply was it doesn't say that with a link to the page. Which I followed thinking perhaps I was mistaken but no it did and also the description of the lip balm which admittedly did have the ingredients also had the word vegan in it.

I thought I was buying da strongest strength not a 3. Its was extremely expensive to ordered anything strongest then 3. So how am I ever no it this works wen im sent the wrong stuff. How can I no if in dat top strength even works if i can't buy it? £100s of £ is not fair. On any 1 let alone sick desperate people.! Hope u go bankrupt.!!! V soon.

Our strongest product in the oils is the 15% product which is a total of £119 before shipping. If you were after the strong product, this is the red bottle on our website, whereas you ordered the blue bottle, our medium strength product. I started with the raw 3% drops and they worked very well. This last order I jumped up to the 15% heated drops and they don't work at all!! Not worth $140.00 dollars for sure!!

When it comes to CBD everyone's experiences are different, so it can be very hard to tell if one thing will work the same way for one person as it does another. On top of that, the first product your ordered was a 3% RAW oil, whereas the second one was the 15% heated. It may be that the Raw products work far better for you than the heated, and why you didn't have as much as an effect as your 3% RAW had on you. Fast shipping, and that's about it. Been using CBD for tension for years and thought I would sample another brand just for comparison. I usually take 50-100mg per day (CW), and even though Endoca was more expensive, I tried. Absolutely zilch. Nothing. Up to 150mg at a time and no tension relief. Waste of my money - but at least now I know.(Update 2wks: No one has contacted me, as their response had indicated-"lip service")

Customer care agent said that they shipped products to Mexico without any issues. So I purchased a CBD oil and sent Endoca a prescription for this. My package has been held at customs since October 9th. Customer care agents said that I should talk to a non UPS broker but this is going to be expensive and exceed the price of the product I ordered. I am very disappointed of this company. I did a lot of research and was hoping to try CDB for the first time...

Many countries will require that you have a prescription for cannabis extracts, or require that you complete further customs requirements on your end. Hi Chuck, I'm sorry to hear that you have not had the results you are looking for. Many people find the salve melts easily if left to warm up in your hand (just using your own body heat) for 10-15 seconds. You may also try rubbing the salve between your hands to help this process along, or ensure that it is kept in ambient, rather than in colder environments. When it comes to CBD, peoples experiences are as unique as the person taking it. There is no one size fits all, and so CBD often requires some trial and error. CBD works with your Endocannabinoid system, with many of its receptors found inside the body. Perhaps in your case, you may find better benefits from using CBD internally, rather than solely externally with your CBD Salve. When taking CBD internally, it is metabolised by the body and sent on to where it is needed. For this reason, while your issue may be locally situated, your body may need a more general CBD administration so that it reaches the receptor cells involved with your particular needs. For this reason, you may want to try using our 3% or 15% Raw CBD oil along with the CBD salve that you are using, attacking the problem from both ends.
