Endnote's website claims that it receives a 4.7/5 rating based on 1,026 reviews on Trustpilot. It is quite a surprise. So I came to here to find if there is anything I missed. Guess what, Trustpilot shows that Endnote only receives 94 reviews with a 3.6/5 rating. This is interesting.

Way to long to learn how to use the program when I type it should auto creat the endnote based on the subject. I am having better luck with other AI programs. Iam a sigle person that needs to push out critical documents. There for my time is extremely limited. This has been the issue since I have bought the program! Exemple even on this page you limit the time frame of experience!

I think your program is not very user intuitive at all. I’m probably not renewing

I was fine with the old version that stopped working so I fork over $100+ for a newer version to get my library back and get a constant library conversion request on the Mac version. Poor product design and testing especially when you charge a premium to stay current.

new versions are getting worst compared to old version with user friendly. There is no user friendly environment. Most people use this software to update references for publication and recent version and updates are getting useless and more confusing. we are buying software to get easy to use, not getting wasting our time to figure it out, what functions where.
