Easy to use and works as advertised - use primarily on my mobile devices - works well on travel outside the US

I find the vpn connection icon or slider popping on and off fairly often. Erasing and reloading the app usually corrects this, but it is a nuisance. The app worked great in Greece, Albania and Macedonia.

I keep telling you the same thing every time I'm asked: when it works, it's great. I've gotten used to when it doesn't work. I have better luck with my phone than I do with my computer.

Quick ability to connect and create VPN. Improvement needed in China!

There are times I have to shut Encrypt.me off in order to connect to the internet. Then, after connecting, I turn it back in again ... sometimes it provides connection & protection; other times it disconnects again. But I do want to say 90% of the time it works flawlessly.

I have good success with my iPad in hotels etc. My iPhone does not seem as easy to connect to wi-fi. I often just leave it off the wi-fi.

would be nice to have faster connect times.

I’ve used Encrypt.me since shortly after it was released as Cloak. It’s been reliable with occasional challenges with captive logins (I occasionally have to trust a network to complete login, then can remove it from the list to enable the VPN). I have tried some less expensive options but 1) they’ve been far less reliable (e.g, slowdowns, unable to connect), and 2) are all-or-nothing on/off. The option to set trusted networks and have Encrypt.me automatically activate for all others is the killer feature: it’s the reason I’ve used it for so long,
