the service has been sketchy for the past year. Getting through limitations in service is more difficult than ever, and the service is not helping.

My Encrypt.me VPN keeps losing Connection???

Great App--but on my phone, if Encrypt is activated and shows a secure VPN network--many pages won't load content

the VPN works great for my macbook (I'd give the standalone mac application 5 stars) but the iPhone application makes my wifi unusable. I wasn't even aware that it was the problem, and it was only after factory resetting my phone and having the wifi work again, and then re-installing the VPN and having it break again that I figured out that it was the problem.

Several times now, when I need VPN on public Wi-Fi, it won't work on the iPhone. The green VPN slider won't stay on. I have to wait until I get back on my home network, then delete the Encrypt.me app, and re-install the app.

1/3 of the time the connection to the server craps out or takes forever to connect.
