good customer service
Being absent-minded, I forgot to send my prescription for a long time. But when I got back to the people at Enchroma they figured it all out and things worked fine.

Am I not a good candidate?
I am 3 days into having my glasses and don’t see any difference. My test showed 100% blue/0% green/87% red. IDK if this puts me outside their usable parameters, but if so Enchroma should have informed me prior to purchase. I’ll continue using to see if there’s improvement.

Thanks for your review Steve, unfortunately you may be one of the 20% of people who are dichromats, whom our glasses can't help. If they continue to be of no benefit, of course please do return them free of charge for a full refund. Unfortunately there is no easy way to determine whether you are a dichromat or not; an in person anomaloscope test would be required. As such, it's difficult to inform you of whether the glasses will help prior to trying them. Either trying them out in an Eye Care Professional's store, or trying them and returning them free of charge if they don't work are, so far, the least costly and easiest ways we've found for people to try the glasses.

First time my son got to see foliage.
This is the firat time in 17 years that my son was able to see the colors of fall foliage in Vermont. What an amazing thing for him. The shock and pleasure was palpable. Thank you for making something that would allow him to see all the beautiful shades and colors of red and green that always looked muted and brown for him. The glasses are truly amazing.

Life changing for my son
Life changing for my son! He is 8, we got the indoor Durant glasses. Not only does he look cool, he can finally differentiate between red, green, yellow, orange, purple and blue! I am watching my 8 year old see the world differently and it is such a blessing! Many people warned me that these would not work, and I was worried but decided to try them anyway. BEST DECISION WE COULD HAVE MADE. worth every penny and my son will never own another pair of glasses besides Enchroma, again!
