Wrong photos delivered, not all produced delivered and ghosted
Photo session went fine however the problems began after purchasing the photos along with a couple add ones. We then got ghosted, shuffled a couple times and then after all this we were rushed by the last two people who did not go through all the emails, refused to return our emails, rushed the wrong pictures and didnt give ups everything we ordered. They then, I am sure, they blocked our number bc when I try to call to have it fixed and talk with someone the line rings once then discontinued. I now have the wrong photos at my house and not everything we were promised. I dont know I w how to contact them to try to get them to make right one it and for the thousands of dollars ot was you would think they would do better.

Beware of the double standards and lack of communication. This business requires a 7-day notice to reschedule, but they do not answer their phones or reply to emails. I have spent the last three weeks trying to reach them to adjust my booking, with zero response. You cannot hold clients to a strict policy when your own office is entirely unreachable. A complete breakdown in basic customer service. I will gladly update this review if someone actually bothers to call me back and resolve this.

My daughter won a shoot in their…
My daughter won a shoot in their giveaway this spring. She was so excited to go and I happily put the deposit down for it because they said itd be returned to me when the photoshoot happened. I had to reschedule once due to having issues with transportation. I emailed and rescheduled in advance following their site rules. A few weeks later, they email and say they have to reschedule me due to an emergency with the photographer. I completely understood and rescheduled again with them online. Then again in June, I get a sudden email from them stating my whole shoot was cancelled and 'sorry for the inconvenience' with no explanation for why it was cancelled. They have ignored all my calls, voicemails, and emails which is so unprofessional when your voicemail states that you get back to people within 24hrs. It feels like im being intentionally ignored which they cancel my childs experience and steal my security deposit. If this is how you run your business then youre nothing more than a scam who tricks parents and disappoints children. I wish I never entered their giveaway because now my child is the one losing out on something adults promised.

Scam business with unethical marketing tactics
This company uses unethical and deceitful marketing tactics to lure you in with $25 promotions, and once they get you and your child emotionally invested, they charge $5000+ for your photos. Yes, $5000 is the average price they offer for photos. You can get the same thing at JC Penny or a local photographer for $200 and rental fairy costumes.
This company is a Sales Funnel disguised as a photography business. They use high-pressure sales tactics during the Zoom call to sell highly overpriced packages.
Do not fall for their ads. Look up Enchanted Fairies Scam Victims on Facebook. Their positive reviews are all fake and incentivized. You will not be happy with your experience. Save your time and your child from going through this emotional roller coaster and take your money somewhere else.

This is a SCAM!! Run
I made an appointment for my daughter's 10th birthday and communication was great, photographer was great. After I paid, I have not heard back from anyone about the 8X10's that I purchased for almost $200. No one has responded to calls or emails and the individual who showed us our photos email is all of a sudden not existent.

I will not recomment!!
I will not recomment!!! Alot of hidden fees which makes the experience decietful. I was surprised by the pricing after the session. While the photo shoot itself was marketed as affordable, the cost of purchasing photos and packages was significantly higher than I expected. I would have appreciated more transparency about the pricing upfront so I could make a more informed decision.

Parents should be aware when you click…
Parents should be aware when you click the link in their bio it is designed to pull you in with a low price and free incentives that don’t actually help or translate into real value!! This is not a $67 or $97 photo session it is a LUXURY SALES FUNNEL presented as an affordable experience. Cute experience for kids BUT the pricing model is extremely misleading.
I booked the “Kingdom Package” for my daughter’s birthday after seeing it advertised at a promotional price (I’ve seen it listed as low as $67, though I paid $97). Based on the ad and booking link in their Instagram bio, it presents as an affordable, magical photo experience for families.
What is not clearly disclosed in that process is the actual cost of the photos.
After the session, I attended a Zoom viewing where pricing was finally revealed: $500 for a single digital image, packages ranging from $5,000 to over $7,000, and even a $150,000 painting option. During the viewing, the representative (Jordan) emphasized multiple times that they are a “fine arts studio,” which appears to be used to justify the pricing. However, that context, and none of this pricing is presented in a transparent or accessible way before booking you would have to intentionally search deeper into the website to even find it.
The advertised $100 “gift card” with the Kingdom Package is effectively unusable, as there are no products within that price range. Realistically, unless you are prepared to spend thousands you will leave with only the one complimentary image included in your initial payment.
While the experience itself is cute, the marketing creates a false sense of affordability that does not match the actual cost structure.
