We used regular strength for open sores caused by lymphedema on the legs it was wonderful! Bought a second container and noticed it wasn't working, realized it was expired 1.5 years. Returned exp. product to store and purchased extra strength. Within 24 hours terrible itch with hives on back, arms and legs. Stopped taking Bumex as that's a side effect of an allergic reaction but continued with emuaid. Rash continued and spread extremely unbearable. Visit to the ER was told get back on Bumex immediately it has to be something else causing the issues. Fast forward to today when reapplying Emuaid horrible itching has returned. So regular strength apparently works for us but extra strength causes a reaction. I will add that CHF is diagnosis and the highly concentrated extra strength caused breathing difficulties. While the regular strength worked well for us we are unable to use the extra strength.

You say we must use it a couple of months to see improvements in nail fungus , so what good is a 30 day warranty ?

I ordered emuaidMAX to combat a mild case of fungus on my big toe. The first order didn’t change the look of the toe but it might have stopped the spreading. I ordered a second 2oz jar and found a large cavity in the cream about 20% worth. Customer service dismissed my inquiry as settlement from shipping. Based on getting a full jar the first time, this one clearly got shorted product. Customer service didn’t care. This stuff is expensive so being shorted matters. I’m not a happy customer.

Ordered for mild to severe eczema as a last resort, worked well on very mild areas but had little to no effect on areas badly affected. As a previous review states it makes your skin very dry and flakey and is quiet embarrassing. Might be worth a shot for milder skin conditions but would recommend trying cheaper options first as it is quiet pricey.

My 2 year is suffering from mollescum and this product advertises relief from it. I've been applying faithfully everyday 3x a day to bumps for weeks and the jar is almost empty and if anything the bumps have spread....I used the max strength too ... 😞 shame I had higher hopes

Container was shipped in a soft pack bag and was crushed leaking and lid will not screw on!

There was several complications. My order was shipped to an undeliverable address, even though I had entered the correct one. I was promptly contacted by a customer service rep which assisted in getting the order canceled and re-ordered and shipped to me, along with the refund of the money, due to having to cancel the previous order that was erroneously shipped to a different address. Was disappointing with the actual product itself I purchased the Maximum strength and have been using it twice a day for two weeks now did not see a change in my skin nor did I have relief from the itching I will most likely not buy this product again. But I will say this I do have a very aggressive skin condition and wasn't completely shocked that it did not work for me.

I ordered this for a Friend who hasn't a computer.He was in alot of pain,on pain killers,unable to sleep etc,in fact so sore was unable to go shopping so I did it for Him. After approx a week after applying it as directed the improvement was two fold.The only complaint is that was offered a additional treatment at no cost,and this didn't arrive.It look longer than expected to recieve it,however it was ordered around Christmas,and I am in Australia,so that is understandable.
