My first alarm company experience with Protect America was not good. I had to install all the components myself while talking to someone over the phone. Two motion detectors that I ordered came in later and did not get properly connected and hence were not even working. The EMS technician repaired two bad sensors and made sure everything was in order. He showed us how to operate the keypad and set up our passcode. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeable. A stress free experience we were most thankful for.

Brandon and his team did a great job setting up a CCTV system at our church. He wired two buildings for 18 total cameras and 2 DVRs in two days. Everything is working great. Brandon and his team are very professional and do a great job with everything from talking you through what you need, to planning out and estimating the system, to installing everything and teaching you how to use it.

Brandon took great care of us! He listened to what we wanted and gave us the best deal for our money! He was very friendly, polite and professional! We will definitely recommend him to every one we know!

EMS was very knowledgeable of my existing system and was able to save me money by using it and just upgrading the equipment. Brandon took his time to go over all of the features of the new equipment and even helped me download and setup the apps to use it. I've got a great deal on a monitored system now with NO CONTRACT. This is my first alarm for my own home, although I am familiar with using an alarm at my daughter's house. The installer was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and informative. He was very helpful in installing just what I needed, and explaining how to use the system once it was installed. I would recommend EMS Alarm Systems to anyone contemplating getting an alarm system.
