My counselor, Shahrukh is very honest with me and suggests many opportunities for me and I feel like he cares. I also appreciate the many resources, like the Essay Edit Team, that Empowerly has to offer.

My counselor Sohpie is the best. She’s supportive, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in my success. Whether it’s helping me polish applications, guiding me through tough decisions, or pushing me to reach my potential, she helps me with opportunities I’ve found but also seeks new ones that align with my goals. The only small issue I’ve had is that the sessions sometimes feel too short for everything I want to cover. I often wish there were a bit more time to fully go into everything I want to do.

My experience with Empowerly has been great because of the meaningful connections I have formed with the Empowerly counselors and tutors. The people who work for Empowerly are extremely kind and really do their best to connect with students. That connection is what makes my Empowerly experience so incredible. I have worked with a college counselor and an SAT prep tutor who both helped me a lot in prepping for college applications and standardized exams. The strong connections and support they provided me is what helped me feel successful and also have a great experience with Empowerely.

My daughter's counselor has been amazing! Megan has guided my daughter since sophomore year. She is very knowledgeable about the entire years long process of getting into college and has helped my daughter navigate choosing school classes, resume building, and summer program applications. My daughter is currently working on her common app essay as well as supplementals and having an editing team to look over her many different essays and provide constructive feedback is a huge plus. My daughter also completed an internship this past spring that was facilitated through Empowerly. Overall we have had a very positive experience and I have also signed up my younger son who is a rising sophomore.
