EmpirePromos was great. Unfortunately the company that packaged my order missed a couple orders. EmpirePromos, specifically Eduardo, was fantastic at responding promptly and resolving any concerns.

The product we received was high quality and enjoyed by those who received it. However, we are a not-for-profit parent organization that usually benefits from NET 30 payment terms. This company insisted we prepay upfront before they started the job. We agreed but are unlikely to order again as similar companies have met our requested payment schedule.

Empire is great to work with. I always receive an immediate response to any of my requests. I have been working with Sue for five years. When I place my order I receive a date when I can expect my order which includes production and shipping time. When my order ships I receive an email, which is another benefit working with them.
