Incredible experience working with emotive. Supportive staff and seamless integration

We have been using Emotive for our SMS campaigns for over two years. They are a great company to work with and their customer service is fantastic. The platform is always reliable, and the customer service reps are always helping with suggestions on how to improve campaign performance (they are also very easy to reach). Their analytics are easy to follow and shows exactly how each campaign is doing. Cost is competitive or better than other SMS companies. We are a large company that sends over 100 SMS message a month, and have always had great results with Emotive. Would definitely recommend Emotive to anyone who wants to increase their SMS campaign ROI, and relies on great service.

Emotive is by far my favorite SMS platform...and I have tried them all! They have an incredible integration with Shopify that allows us to seamlessly collect leads from popups and push them into our Shopify. Their UI is so easy to use and they have tons of templates that you can pull from. They also have a great Slack community where you can connect with other users and get helpful tips and tricks. The list goes on and on with this company. I can't suggest them enough!!
