Emotive is a sneaky and deceptive company with hidden fees. They continue to charge your credit card even after you've canceled, often at random times of the month without any notification. Do not sign up with this company. The 5-star reviews are from new customers who agreed to accept a $100 gift card from them. Trust me THEY WILL CREATE A FAKE DOCUMENT AND SWEAR THAT YOU AGREED AND SIGNED IT. Save yourself from a nightmare experience and steer clear of them at all costs.

not happy with the service they overcharged u on fees. You spend less and get hit with outrageous carrier and processing fees but when you spend more its almost the same makes no sense what so ever. i would get all ur money back!

they continue to spam sms text me every day. very annoying. will be reporting to FTC and whatever other places I can.

They charged me for a bunch of unsent campaigns - I lost thousands of revenue from their ability to not deliver on big sales and product launch days. Instead of apologies they are not refunding the money to me. Again no texts were sent, they are charging as though they were and not refunding me. It's been months of back and forth emails and thousands of dollars lost. _ GO ELSEWHERE - THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Currently dealing with their legal department. Hidden fees, automatic charges and unaccountable reporting. These guys are jokers. So many other providers that are not try to rip you off and charge extra fees and force you to stay with them when you try and cancel for over 4 months! No one is accountable here except for their “accounting department” that will threaten and harass you. Time for some class action folks.

Not worth the frustrations! I've worked with a lot of companies in the past and have ended up canceling or not using their services anymore. A lot of these companies make it easy to end the services and just go about your business and carry on. "THIS APP/SERVICE" on the other hand gouges swindles you with their contracts as well as try to upsell you on other services they offer. At first, they promised to be better than "PostScripts" and that they have better rates, services, and overall, a better experience using their platform. This was FALSE advertising! We are on Attentive now and are in a much better position with our SMS Marketing channel. We've lost a lot of revenue by switching from PostScript to Emotive. My advice, use Attentive instead of Emotive. Way better results and half the cost.
