All major retailers wanted so much more money for this item, I got it on Emmeco for 50% off the regular price. What a steal!!!!!!

Its what I wanted. Easy to set up. User friendly. The only thing I'd change is the rather flimsy paper tray.

No problems....received the merchandise in a timely manner at a very fair price.

the only issue we had was with our first two orders appearing to not go thru, so we went through paypal- which is fine, but there were 3 charges on our card for about two weeks pending. Only one went through in the end, which saved us a lot of hassle, so I'm happy with it! It could always be worse!

When checking out, I got the error "server error, try again." After several tries, I called the number for their sales dept - they just answer the phone "Hello?" instead of identifying themselves. Transferred me to someone who wasn't available and I wound up in their voicemail. Used their online chat, they suggested to try the Paypal checkout. That ended with an "Order could not be placed" error - but the chat agent says the order went through. Very sketchy - won't be shopping here again.

Product was exactly as advertised. Best price, better than other web providers. Prompt shipment. Company reveals their address and contact info, so you know they are reputable. A pleasure to deal with.
