Customer Service needs to be more on top of things
Ordered a Microsoft Xbox One controller they had on sale. Immediately was charged, and received emails confirming order. Six days later, still no email with shipment tracking info. Tried to login to their site to check my order, but my p/w wasn't accepted. Fine. Submitted p/w reset request. Never received reset email. Later submitted 2nd p/w reset request. Received error message "too many password reset requests." Emailed them explaining all of this - no response after 2 days, not even your standard auto-responder email. UPDATE: A few days after posting this review, I finally did hear back from someone at Emmeco who apologized for the inconvenience. I eventually did receive the product, and it has performed as expected, so in fairness I am upgrading my rating to 3 stars.

Was very pleased with the quick arrival of my printer. The price was almost half the price the price I found in my local sales paper

HP pro office printer
I bought an HP pro office printer. The process was easy and I got my order in a timely manner. Very quick and easy set up. Will definitely shop EMMECO again

Love the printer works great and great …
Love the printer works great and great price so not good customer service when I called too check lady on the phone was rude, short and made me feel like I was bothering her need a lil work.
