I ordered a bedroom suite and was told when I ordered it would be 3-4 weeks. It took 3 months to receive the furniture and when it came I got the wrong headboard and the mirror wasn’t delivered because it was damaged. They told me I ordered the wrong headboard even though I ordered it online with the help of their customer service department so I’m stuck with something I didn’t order. As of today they can’t tell me when I’ll receive the mirror. This will be my last order with this company

BEWARE of WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH - DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ ALL REVIEWS ONLINE!!!!!!!!! I ordered and paid for a bed frame from Emma Mason for $3,516.65. Their own Delivery Crew came to deliver it. They dropped the bedrails. They drug the frame across the lip on the back of the truck and then said it could not be delivered inside my home. They said they would damage the bed further and put holes in my walls and I would need to sign a damage waiver before they went any further. I did not sign the waiver and they left. I called Emma Mason right away to tell them what had happened. They told me it was my fault their Delivery Crew could not deliver. I told them what I was told by the Delivery Crew and they still would not comprehend. I DO NOT have the bed frame. I have NOTHING. I disputed the charge with the credit card company. Emma Mason credited me back only $1,720.47 and refuses to credit the balance of $1,796.18. I DO NOT HAVE THE MERCHANDISE. I want the remaining credit balance of $1,796.18 applied back to my credit card.

The company has awful customer service and is very misleading about their ability to deliver merchandise. The so-called customer success specialist does not even have a phone. Placed and paid for a couch almost a month ago and we still have no idea when if ever the couch will arrive. Terrible experience and I would never recommend that anybody purchase from them.

Do not buy. Their online pictures of a table appeared silver with an antique finish. I confirmed with customer service before purchasing that it was NOT gold. They assured me it was silver. The table arrived and it couldn't be more GOLD. And their customer service won't provide a refund. They say that pictures can sometimes be slightly different. That's an understatement. This has been a terrible experience and their website is misleading.

Beware—this company is a scam. They will send you broken furniture and then hit you with over $700 in shipping fees if you refuse delivery of their damaged goods. When you show them clear photos of cracks, they’ll dismiss it, claiming the furniture isn’t broken. Even if the cracks are sharp enough to cut, they’ll insist it’s “normal for stone,” waving around a laughable brochure (which looks like it was made by a 5th grader) as “proof.” This is all part of their con. Don’t waste your money on this dishonest business. Avoid at all costs!

Greg did an awesome and amazing job. He guided me through the process and even helped me save some money thanks to a new program they have. He answered the phone right away and took charge of the situation to help! However after the purchase they added a ridiculous shipping charge then wanted an additional fee to bring it in and set it up. I decided to cancel the order. Then they decided they would set it up at no charge. After a few days I received a call wanting about the same amount of money on top of the order claiming a mistake and the manufacturer would not honor the previous price. One sales tactic after another! Buyer beware!

I ordered a red leather recliner at a good price but a lot of time passed and I hadn't heard that it had shipped. So I contacted the company and "Carl, the Customer Success Manager" said that it wouldn't ship until the money went from my bank to them. Fair enough, but the okay to ship it didn't make it to the warehouse until SIX DAYS after the payment had cleared and by then, it was no longer in stock! GRRRRR

They will deliver damaged furniture and not stand behind it. We paid for white glove deliver and received a computer desk damaged. Even the driver noticed the damage and said it would have to be replaced. When he got back to the office, they are quick to send over a waiver of lability. They are 100% SCAM. Save your money and go somewhere else.
