Harris and Nadir were very helpful and answered all my concerns. Their communication skills were excellent and text messaging reminded me of my upcoming delivery. If you can, go for the white glove order since they will inspect your items before delivery and unbox them for you in your home. I feel that the complaints here may stem from the local delivery companies so I hope they make sure who is working for them. My delivery may have gone a bit smoother if there wasn't a language barrier - they were on a time frame of course, just wish I got them to a more convenient doorway closer to the freight elevator. Even so, they handled my furniture well, made sure everything was acceptable after assembly. I'm super happy with my new furniture and the pictures were accurate. It helped that I did some research on the manufacturers and was impressed of the company's wide range of vendors and reasonable prices. Keep up the good work Emma Mason!

Found sofa and recliner on this website for a good value. Placed order. Communication started right away. Team Leader Lourdes facilitated great deliver. Delivery guys did a great job bringing in, unpacking and setting up recliner and sofa. Well pleased!
