I purchased 2 bedroom chests through Emma Mason and had a wonderful experience. From the time of purchase until the chests were set up in my bedroom it was a seamless process. Jade, our Customer Service Manager, was very attentive in communicating the delivery steps and making sure all of our needs were met.

Seamless from order to delivery. I recently ordered a Magnussen server online and the entire process from order to delivery was well communicated. Also appreciated, the delivery team unboxed the piece directly outside the door of the house leaving all the dust and Styrofoam debris from entering the house. The server was then safely placed in the home - perfect!
