I purchased a game table and chairs. I was contacted immediately because I ordered the incorrect size chairs and was able to correct it before shipping. Most companies would have just shipped the order. They also kept me in the loop from purchase to delivery. They followed up right after the delivery was made to be sure everything was delivered without damage and to be sure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend emma mason and would not hesitate to use them again!

From the first contact from Emma Mason to the delivery follow-up they could not have been more attentive, or helpful. Even before placing the order, Walter went out of his way to contact the manufacturer for estimated delivery dates as not all pieces were in the same warehouse location. Fadir provided us with several emails on the status of the process and the entire experience was perfect. The delivery company was very professional and took great care in unpacking and setting up or pieces. Everything is perfect and the price was the best I found. I will definitely look to Emma Mason for any future furniture purchase.

I ordered a Curio cabinet from Emma Mason last year. While the quality of the cabinet had some issues, i.e. the electrical cord was too short and needed an extension, the cabinet was what I wanted, especially given that the price was half of that for comparable cabinets. I decided to order a 2nd cabinet primarily because of their excellent customer service. I found the same item on a different site for less money, but chose to stick with Emma Mason. They are great at communicating and making sure that delivery goes through properly.

Ordered and received an entertainment center from them. Very beautiful. Some of the screws and things were missing upon delivery. We had ordered white glove service so the men that had delivered it couldn’t put it together without all the parts. So Emma Mason had sent new parts and scheduled someone to come out and assemble. The people they hired had kept pushing us back a further date. I call and tell Emma Mason company and they hire a new crew to the date I had requested. Nadir is who I had spoke. With and she was so helpful and wonderful. She also is having someone come repair the scuffs that happened upon the delivery men bringing in the piece. Very good customer service. Barely any trouble at all. Thank you.

Bought a sectional for my living room. Did lot of research and found the best price with reasonable fees for white glove delivery. Starting from the website, it’s not modern but functional. Live chat was available even at 10 PM Eastern. Email responses were also very prompt. Overall, great on the communication front. Now on the policies, it’s nothing much to talk about. Remember, it’s not a Costco or any other big box retailer with friendly return policies. So ensure that you know what you’re purchasing. My sectional was delivered in the promised time. Their automated emails about delivery times may make you nervous but contact their customer support for the most accurate information. Please follow pre delivery instructions carefully to avoid any hassles. For e.g. you are expected to inspect furniture for any damages at the time of delivery and sign the delivery slip only when everything is as expected. Returns will be a trouble after delivery is completed. Overall, good experience dealing with Emma Mason furniture.

I had a very good furniture buying experience with Emma Mason. I was a little hesitant to make a purchase online. I made a leap of faith and it all paid off. I got a very reasonable price on my purchase. I was kept up-to-date through the entire process until my furniture was delivered with white glove service. I don’t have one complaint or regret. I will return to Emma Mason for future purchases. I highly recommend folks seeking reasonable prices, excellent customer service/ communication give Emma Mason a chance to serve them for their needs.
