Cindy, provided excellent customer service support during my order. I selected the wrong delivery service for my purchase and she help me to select the correct delivery option. She walked me through the process Until it was completed. Cindy, support during this transaction was outstanding.

Sydney, was wonderful to work with. She answered my questions, was very knowledgable, and nice to work with. I was asking for a few changes in my order, and she was able to take care of all. Sydney is a superb employee.

The service was excellent from Samantha. I really felt as though I received a lot of value for what I paid. This is the type of company you tell your friends and family about.

Cindy the Chat Rep was one of the best, pure CUSTOMER SERVICE. She gave straight intelligent answers, non of the repetitive canned answers you normally get. She was patient & I never felt like she was rushing our conversation to end it. I wish every inquiry I have with an agent was always as pleasant & most importantly that I got everything answered promptly, without having to repeat myself. I felt so satisfied, that I placed my order today, now let’s hope I’m as satisfied with the premium white glove delivery service & of course with the furniture I purchased. Great Experience so far!

Fast, excellent service from Sean. Very helpful in quickly completing my first transaction with Emma Mason. Thank You, Sean!

Accidentally ordered the wrong item on a Sunday and needed to cancel the order and order the correct piece. Was able to contact rep Ariana and she was able to resolve this quickly and accurately. We are happy with the outstanding service she provided representing Emma Mason.

I was able to purchase Bassett ottomans for less than what was quoted to me at the Bassett store. Ordering was easy via chat and Sydney was very helpful in finding the fabric choices I wanted.

Samantha made the buying experience very easy I would recommend her services to anyone
