Greg Sharma was a pleasure to work with, informative and professional. Truly a five star experience.

Started order on-line, then progressed to talk to Samatha, who was very upbeat and helpful. She took all the details, confirmed by email expeditiously and whole transaction to less than ten minutes! Wonderful experience.

Recliner which I ordered, I tested it and later placed order

Very knowledgeable. She gave me many options for payment and delivery. Very positive attitude and very kind.

Sean was very informative and extremely courteous! In my opinion, he provided excellent customer service and helped me to decide to go ahead with my purchase without searching for other buying options.

Samantha helped me order exactly what I wanted, confirmed everything with me by repeating just what was ordered, Worked with me on a better delivery date and responded to any of my questions precisely and with conviction.

Fionna was super sweet and helpful and answered all my questions thoroughly! Can't wait until we get our furniture!

Amazing service!! Sean was great!
